I’m a police officer in New Jersey and I started learning Spanish so I could make better connections and rapport with the Latino community where I work.     I found your channel on YouTube and was very impressed with the simplicity and ease of your teaching style. I learned more in an hour on your YouTube courses than a 6 weeks in-person course that I took a few years ago. And I paid about 10 times more for that course!

  9. enjoy your youtube lessons. One comment perhaps to make it easier to connect between english and spanish, is TO ADD THE ENGLISH WORDS or PHRASES , either before or together on the same page with the spanish phrases.
    That would complete with the visual learning, instead of switching back and forth from hearing to reading. Your verbal can be a supplemental one.

    A while back I had purchased the all in one prospanish course and I have to say I absolutely love it. But I have one problem I recently factory reset my computer and forgot to backup the spanish course. Is it possible for you to resend the email so that i can download it again?

    I loved your YouTube videos so I want to purchase all in one course but my connection to your site is not fully secure.
    It’s written that I should not enter any sensitive information like credit card details, passwords because it could be stolen by attackers. It says that the page includes a form that may not submit securely. Data that I send can be seen in transit and can also be modified by attackers. This site doesn’t appear safe to use. I really want to buy your course. But your site is not showing the secure icon. What should I do now?

      I’m guessing it’s Google Chrome that says this. For some reason if there are if your site has external links, then it’s flagged. For context even BBC Languages gets flagged, http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/

    I`m interested in purchasing your “All In One” package. While I am accustomed to making purchases online using my credit card, I`ve never used PAYPAL before so I`m not a member of paypal, and I have no idea how that works. But I see that on your site that Payments are processed securely through Paypal and that I do NOT NEED a Paypal account: But yet the PAYPALCheckout page page seems to indicate that I Do need a Paypal Account.
    Also it indicates that the materials should be sent to my billing address whereas your site indicates that the course is sent by email, and while paypal requires an email address your site doesn`t ask for any.
    And adding to the confusion, your buyer’s guide video shows a paypal page that supports what your site says but it is materially different from the page that actually comes up when I go to make the purchase.
    So I have some questions: Firstly, what is the actual position with respect to the method to be employed in buying your course,should I create a Paypal Account and how do I get the course via email since the paypal page seems to allow only shipping to a physical address?

      Hi John
      You don’t have to have a PayPal account, there is an option which says, ‘pay by credit or debit card’ – you might have to scroll down a bit to see it. The course is sent by email, but PayPal asks for a billing address for some reason. PayPal will ask for your email, which is then used to send the course. In terms of the video you mention, PayPal have since changed their design, and we have made some changes to the site – thank you for reminding me to update the video.
      So, no PayPal account required and the course will be sent via email.

  24. I recently purchased lessons 1 – 6. When I try to open your email it shuts down my aol browser immediately, before I can even attempt to download your software??
    Please advise or refund.

        I am guessing your AOL (or your browser)email provider does not like an email with links and so automatically closes it. In future I would get it sent to a different email address, that is not AOL.

  34. Thank you Martin for solving my problem and providing the links to the course. I use Linux, but all the lessons were also provided in mp4 format so I had no problem accessing them.

  35. On January 30th I tried to purchase the “All in One Special” and was transferred to Paypal. I approved the purchase and even printed out a receipt being charged $54.99 but I was not transferred back to your website to complete the purchase. I went back to your website but ended up like a new customer with no instructions for how to receive the course and would have had to purchase it again for a new charge. I had this problem once before with Paypal and realize it is not your fault. If we cannot work this out soon I will have to start an “I did not receive an item I ordered” complaint and go through them to resolve the issue.

  36. HELLO!! Found your youtube channel and really enjoy your pace and gentle teaching technique.

    I began noticing the pronunciation of particular Spanish words are different than what they sound like here in the states. For instance ‘hacer’ sounds like ‘ah-there’ rather than ‘ah-ser’. Maybe it’s just me LOL. Looking for some guidance on that prior to purchase… although, no matter what, I’ll be learning the basics with all 6 levels.
