  5. I didn’t see the accident, but I’ve heard that a lorry crashed into a car.
  6. We were chatting when, suddenly (de repente) we heard the noise.
  7. We were going to go by car, but in the end (al final) we caught the train.
  8. I’m sorry, I couldn’t call you yesterday. Are you at home now?
  9. Yesterday, I went to the swimming pool and now my eyes hurt. I think that it’s the chlorine (el cloro).
  10. I don’t know what he was doing, but he wasn’t helping.

  1. I wish to purchase Level 4 of what appears to be an excellent course. I live in England and would need to pay in sterling, presumably. Also is the course accessible to any computer? I simply want to look at the written materials and listen to the audio on my hardtop computer. Sorry to be dense – but I want to learn Spanish not embark upon technological stuff beyond my limited ability. Best regards, Ian

      The payment processor (PayPal) automatically coverts the payment from pounds to dollars. On payment you receive an email with links to download the materials. It’s straightforward to play the audio/video on your computer – there aren’t many written materials.
